  How To Make Kelepon




II.   Materials
A.  Basic Materials
-         ¼ kg yam
-         ½ kg tapioca flour
-         2 teaspoons of food colouring
-         4 teaspoons of sugar
-         3 teaspoons of margarine
-         2 red sugar
-         ½ coconut
-         4 cup water

B.  Seasoning
-         1 teaspoons of salt
C.               Tools
-         Pan
-         Spoon
-         Knife
-         Gas stove
-         Grater
-         Plate
-         Big bowl
-         Filtering
-         Grinder


III.  Steps

-         First, wash the yam and peeled.
-         Second, steam the yam for thirthy minutes.
-         Third, place the yam until cool.
-         Fourth, mash the yam until smooth and mix with tapioca flour, margarine, sugar and food colouring. After that stir it well.
-         Fifth, pour the water little by little to the batter and stir it again.
-         Sixth, take the batter and add the red sugar sizes the batter and from it like the ball.
-         Seventh, boil one liter water and wait until boiled.
-         Eigth, put the batter nut has been formed like the ball into the boiled water and wait until the batter / klepon cake float and cook.
-         Ninety, prepare the coconut and grate it.
-         Finally, drain the cooked klepon and sprinkle it with great coconut.
