HOW TO MAKE OPOR JACKFRUIT
 








Ø Basic material   : Jackfruit

Ø Seasoning           : - 500 grams of young jackfruit cut in half
                               - 650 ml of medium coconut milk is thick
                               - 1 pack of fine coriander
                               - 10 pegans
                               - 1 piece of brown sugar
                               - 2 packs of rough pepper
                               - Enough galangal
                               - 5 red cayenne peppers
                               - 1 cm of turmeric

Ø Steps :

1.             Just boil the jackfruit for 10 minutes, throw the boiled water and wash it a side.

Ingridient    :      - Five hundred grams of flour
-      One hundred grams of sugar
-      One hundred grams of butter
-      One tea spoon of baking powder
-      Two egg yolks
-      Eleven grams of yeast
-      Cheese
-      Cooking oil


Steps           :
1.    First, add 500 grams of flour, 100 grams of sugar, 100 grams of butter, 11 grams of yeast, two egg yolks and one tea spoon of baking powder
2.    Second, stir it until mix
3.    Thirth, if the mixture is mixed, cover it with napkin and wait for 20 minutes
4.    Fourth, if the mixture has expanded and become a dough cut it into pieces
5.    Fifth, shape the dough become a circle or according to taste
6.    Sixsth, turn on the stove and add some cooking oil
7.    Seventh, input the dough into the pan and fry it until browned
8.    Eighth, lift the donuts and chill it
9.    Nineth, add some cheese on the top of donuts
10.       Donuts is ready to serve
