How To Make Misro

· Seasoning : - Cassava 1 kg
- Serbaguna wheat 2 tablespoons
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Meisis 1 boxed
- Cooking oil ½ liter
Ø Steps:
1.
First, peel and wash
cassava, then grated 1 kg of cassava.
2.
Second, mix the grated
cassava mixture with 2 tablespoons wheat, 4 tablespoons sugar, ½
teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon butter.
3.
Third, take one tablespoon
of cassava mixture and add meisis in the middle and rounded shape.
4.
Fourth, heat cooking oil
over medium heat and add the misro mixture and try until cooked and drain.
5.
Finally, store the fried
misro on the plate. The misro is ready to eat.
