HOW TO MAKE AWUG
Ø Basic Materials

Rice flour 1 kg

Old coconut (that has
cut / split) 1 item

Water 500 ml

Pandan leaves 3

Palm sugar

Grated coconut

Ø Steps
1.
Firstly,
grating the old coconut that has cut/split, using rater.
2.
Then,
we switch to palm sugar. Cute thin. Using the knife.
3.
Turn
on the stove.
4.
If
the coconut has been grating and the palm sugar has been cutting-know, put
seeng on the stove and turn it on, the put the aseupan on the seeng.
5.
Next,
pour water into seeng that has been closing by aseupan wait until the water
boiling.
6.
After
that, enter ½ rice flour and grated coconut into aseupan that has been put on
seeng.
7.
Mix
salt with water, then pour the salt water solution on the rice and grated coconut
in the mixture. Stir the base material using a flask to mix well.
8.
After
that, put the pandan leaves next steaming.
9.
Then,
put the palm sugar which has been cut and pour it onto the materials that in steaming.
10. Next, stack the new materials of rice
flour and grated coconut
11. Then, close the seeng and wait until
mature.
12. If it is cooked, lift and spill awung
onto a plate that has been give a base of bahana leaves.
13. Finaly awug can be enjoyed!
