HOW TO MAKE CASSAVA CHIPS
 
 





Ø Basic material :
-         1 kg of fresh cassava
-         1 tablespoon of lime
-         250 ml of water

Ø Seasoning :
-         3 tablespoons of fine salt
-         1 tablespoon of sugar
-         8 onions grains
-         4 cloves garlic
-         Right amount of oil

Ø Tools :
-         Knife
-         Jar
-         Pan
-         Blender
-         Stove
-         Cutting board
-         Spatula
-         Filter
-         Bowl


Ø   Steps :

1.         First, peel the cassava skin, after peeling it is washed with water until clear.
2.         Both thinly sliced cassava using a knife and cutting board.
3.         Third, put the sliced cassava into a bowl that has added water and whiting
4.         Then puree using a blender. After that, add the spices to the cassava soaked for 1 hour.
5.         Then lift the cassava which has been soaked and drained until there is no water left
6.         After that, heat the pan and cooking oil on the for stove. Fried until crispy.
7.         After being fried lift and drain
8.         Put cassava chips into a jar
9.         Cassava chips are ready to be served.
